Why do Netflorist:
1.Accept payment for stock not available.
2.Not inform you that stock isn't available,so that you can make alternative arrangements.
3.Staff in the corporate division do not know what stock is available and are more interested in earning commission than assisting customers.
I ordered a personalized Christmas gift,delivery expected on the 24th December. Payment went through .I received an e-mail and sms to say that A delivery will take place.
I thought I'd call and follow up as it seemed the order wasn't movig under my online profile..The call center agent casually informed me on delivery day that there is no more stock .My Christmas plan ruined;thank you Netflorist!!
2nd Scenario
We ordered over 20 picnic baskets which isn't cheap.
Staff couldn't tell us what stock was available or not.
All payments went through ....for items that appeared available
but weren't even available....How pathetic and unprofessional Netflorist!!
