Netflorist doesn’t care about you as customers.
I missed a call for my Valentine’s Day delivery yesterday and called back to arrange that I drive to wherever the delivery guy is to go collect it, and I literally spent half of my day on the phone and still couldn’t get any assistance. The only help I was offered was to have my order delivered the next day. Now it’s the next day, which is Valentine’s Day and I’m told all the drivers are busy and my order will have to wait for another day.
What annoys me more is the fact that they are not even willing to let me come collect the order myself since they are too busy to deliver. What a crappy service!
