Worst ordering experience in my life! and this coming from someone living in Namibia where service is non-existing. It took me 3 hours of trying to order something online. After which I gave up and contacted my friend in South Africa to do the order for me. She order the exact same thing but somehow paid R117 less than they asked me. Then on 13 February (obviously I ordered something for valentines day), they send a message to the receiver of the gift saying that a "surprise" will be delivered to his place of work tomorrow. knew that, being valentines day, there is a 50% chance they will be too overwhelmed to deliver everything, but now they let the recipient know that something will be arriving and he started looking forward to it. By 4:30 nothing came and I phoned the company to ask what will happen to the gift now that no one will be there to receive it as the office closed at 5. The lady I was talking to did not seem to comprehend what I was saying to her. I tried to tell her to tell the driver to just deliver it the next day, since NO ONE WILL BE THERE TO RECIVE THE PACKAGE. But she just kept saying the driver will deliver it and call the recipient when he is there. By 7:20 that night, while I was talking on Skype to said recipient, my friend send me the email she received saying that the package was delivered and that the recipient singed for it. He phoned his office right away but NO ONE WAS THERE! And of course, when he arrived at his place of work this morning there is no gift to be seen.
