I live in the UK & ordered some flowers & chocolates for my mom. Netflorist duplicated my order & charged me twice.
Countless emails confirming delivery & that my mom had signed for the gifts. She did not.
She landed up receiving 2 lots of flowers but no chocolates.
I contacted Netflorist via email on 15th February. Besides an automated response I've had no response, no apology, no refund for undelivered goods to this date. So have been charged for goods not delivered!
My mother also contacted them & she got emails back to say the issue had been resolved....which it hadn't.
Absolutely appalling service...AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
