I placed an order for customized chocolates gift for a special occasion, expecting them to be delivered on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received vague and unhelpful responses. When the items finally arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The gift was also poorly packaged, and it was clear that no care was taken in its presentation. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid. I will not be using NetFlorist again, and I cannot recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality flower/gift delivery.
