I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10 and was too impatient to wait the required 30 days to unlock the handset to any network by Vodafone UK as I wished to use the second 'Work' SIM which is on EE. It took NetPal 5 days (or 3 working days) to send me an unlock code. Not quite the 24 hours quoted, nor was I updated after the unlock was 'processing'. I would recommend NetPal; the website is good, clearly able to unlock brand new phones which require input from the manufacturer (Samsung/Apple), and all at a fair price. Overall the service was good, the only criticism would be to be kept more informed on what's happening.
