I don't normally leave reviews but I was very skeptical using this service but had no choice as I'm now living abroad and needed my phone to be unlocked. It took a few days for the code to come through but it worked and I'm very happy. Only thing that was confusing is I followed the link with instructions on how to unlock a Sony phone and at first it didn't work so then I just tried the unlock code by itself when prompted and it worked fine.
