I inherited a Samsung Galaxy from a family member which was locked to EE. My provider, which I don't want to change, is Tesco so I contacted NetPal for an unlock code around 10pm on a Friday. The process took till around 7am on Monday morning which is well with the 2-3 non-weekend days quoted. Great Service. The code worked immediately without problem, so fortunately I can't comment on further support.
