After three weeks of trying to get my NUC from Vodafone, numerous phone calls to customer services and emails to the nuc resolution team, I looked for another solution and found Netpal and they managed to get the NUC in two days. The frustrating thing about it is that my phone is a Vodafone own make and they couldn't even provide a simple service, I couldn't use my phone on my new network because of this delay. It was worth paying the fee to get my phone up and running again.
