After reviewing several websites about unlocking phones and companies that assist with that, I chose NetPal because the previous reviews at stated that they were very good, quick (within 12 hours to 2 days), and that they communicated every step of the way. While they did a great job of getting the phone unlocked me (iphone 7 from O2 network), the amount of time it took and the communication was not ideal. Despite stating that it can take between 24-72 hours to complete the process, it took over 72 hours to get the code and information to unlock my phone. I had to email twice to get an update and the responses were not always clear. However, NetPal delivers and reduces the hassle of unlocking the phone at a very affordable rate.
