I can't believe that so many people gave this firm five stars reviews on other platforms, this is not what happened to me, and if I can give less than one star I would do it. My situation quite different from all of their "satisfied" clients. When I called the team and spoke with them over the phone, everything seemed and was presented as more than great. I received the contract over an email and signed it without hesitation. I paid not whole amount but the half in advance. Brian and James were with me throughout the whole process and never left me in the dark, which was extremely kind, despite the fact that they never did anything... The pleasant narrative comes to a conclusion here! When the assignment was not completed, the contract was not performed and the target was not met, even though it wasn't near to our agreement, I started to raise questions. Questions that were never fully and adequately answered... we were able to reach an agreement on some kind of refund, but I still haven't gotten anything from them... I feel they are deliberately slowing down the response... They just avoid the contact with me and not only did I not get what I had paid for, but I was also left with little possibility of recovering any money back... Their so-called professionalism vanished on the final day of work... Beware of them...
