Okay. I will say, after an enormously frustrating and disturbing snafu with my account, a representative of the ISA did finally get back in touch with me, by phone, and solved the problem (this is after REPEATED attempts to make contact through the site and through email.) Kudos to this person (I'm not going to name her - I don't want people getting the idea they can just run to her, willy nilly, with their ISA problems, but yes, she exists, yes, she solved the problem and yes, she was very nice about it.) So. . .I'll stick with the service for the year and see how it goes. But I hope this isn't lost on the ISA staff in general. I've read a few scathing reviews out there since I've taken so much time to research and resolve this problem. Seems I'm not at all the only one out there that has had trouble. This is a VERY guarded and wary acknowledgment of the good done by this ISA individual. Thank you. Going forward, though, I for one will be watching very closely and I hope the ISA - which I HAD thought quite well of for some time - fixes the troubles and takes them seriously.
