I ordered a wing mirror with indicator but was sent one without. When I phoned to explain I was made to feel like I had done something wrong and only after a lengthy conversation with further emails was agreed it was not my mistake.
I sent the wrong mirror back recorded which was signed for on the Wednesday. I assumed the new mirror would be there by Monday at the latest. I emailed as it hadn't and was told it only arrived on the Friday and would be posted immediately.
I left it until the Friday and still no mirror. I then emailed on the Monday and had to explain that it still hadn't arrived. I was to it had but was sent the original delivery confirmation. After several emails eventually got them to send it without an apology.
Very dissapointed.
The product however, when it finally arrived was fine.
