I ordered afog light holder from you in good faith and according to the photos you supply in your online catalogue, you show both holders upside down from the way they would be installed on the car. I have been in contact with you by email and I am getting no response about swapping the incorrect part for the correct part. The red advice box for purchase is so far down the online page that no-one sees it unless they scroll which must cause a problem for a lot of purchasers. Any good supplier would have this information incorporated into the descriptions for the fog light holders that presently say left and right and do not mention drivers side or passenger side which is what was mentioned in the one response I have had about swapping the part. I wanted this part for my car MOT and I don't yet have the correct part. I do hope you are now not going to say that I contacted you too late because you delivered the part to the Post Office and not to me. You need to sort out this problem quickly and if it is not sorted out satisfactorily, I will be taking the matter further. You have had my money and given no good service and no workable product. Let me have the number I need to return the part so that I can get this matter sorted.
