Product fine when eventually received & customer service by e-mail good with prompt replies but delivery process less the satisfactory. Website promised next day delivery on orders placed by 5pm but product was even dispatched till the following day. This meant there was no-one in when courier attempted deliver so it was left with a random neighbour with no notification to me. On enquiry I was advised that according to courier I had apparently signed at a time when I was 150 miles away! Fortunately neighbour was honest and did give me parcel when they next saw me but if they had not I would have had no was of tracking down parcel.
