I purchased the car part on a Sunday. I read the delivery estimates and I was meant to receive my product on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't received anything. I was not sent a confirmation email or an email to say my product had been dispatched, yet the money has been taken out of my bank account. I have emailed new vehicle parts and they have made me aware that my delivery is in the warehouse because my address seems to be wrong. I have never had an issue with my delivery address from the 20 years I've been living there. I still haven't been told what will happen now.
