It is noow 19.30 on Wednesday 1st February and I have not received my order promised for yestarday 31st January. On that day I received an email sent at 06.50 advising that the item would be delivered between 06.00 and 6.00pm that day. Firstly that email was only sent after the start time and secondly I believe an attempt may have been made to deliver at 06.30. Do you really expect people to be up at that time to take a delivery especially when the email was sent after the attempted delivery. other couriers deliver at sensible times.
