you sent the wrong item ,tried phoning went to answer machine ,then when i got through the phone was put down without even speaking . i have emailed you then was asked to send a picture of the wrong item via email which i did only to comfirm you had sent the wrong one after several emails to paul waugh we agreed for it to be collected from my wifes place of work emailed all the address details which he replied no problem will send a driver tomorrow[12 april thursday] no driver turned up and i am still waiting for the correct part,this the worst service i have ever encounted just emailed you again in desperation am i ever going to get my item that i have paid for ?
