Ordered r/hand door mirror for my Peugeot Boxer as website listed it fitting my model and year. When came it was a manual mirror with electrics to adjust. No problem, spoke to supplier who agreed to collect and refund cost, which was done within 24 hours. Only gripe was deducted original postage charge when fault was their incorrect description on website.
