New Additions built us a conservatory during the first half of 2014. A leak occurred from the joint in the gutter between the conservatory and our bungalow during the first winter. Their attempts to repair the leak have lasted for only a few months, the one on the 8th October 2018 lasted for less than a month. Water dripping from the gap in the gutter’s plastic cladding at the end of May and beginning of June 2019, after heavy rain, proves conclusively that the source of the drip is not condensation. The source of the drip is or was part of New Additions’ team. At the time of writing this review, their advert on Yellow Pages uses the statement “Satisfaction Guaranteed”. We are far from being satisfied and regard the purchase of the conservatory from New Additions to be our worst ever investment. If I could turn back time; I would not buy anything from New Additions. During July 2019, New Additions stopped displaying their reviews, I expect because they did not want prospective customers to see this and other bad reviews.
