BAD Customer Service & Shipping! Been trying to get my 14000 btu air conditioner replaced for almost a year now. It was shipped thru Fed Ex and arrived damaged. Appeared as though the flimsy box was dropped, damaging the product inside. Terrible customer service. It’s been a year and I’m still trying to get the unit replaced. They offered me a less expensive unit and I said no. They’ve told me numerous times it was being shipped, still nothing. It was promised again the beginning of Feb and supposedly being shipped now, hopefully not damaged again. I would not buy again from this company!
