Even with an extensive Wall Street background, I had never raised money before and I was never involved in a VC or PE kind of function. I was always on the trading and risk management side. Newchip was just a huge library of content on a wide range of topics, all related to positioning yourself for investment. Newchip really helped me craft and hone my messaging. I really felt like I learned how to tell our story and understand the perspective of investors. It’s been enormously foundational and educational for me, that Newchip built an accelerator, and made it more practical for me to get that educational experience without leaving my location.
