Absolutely terrible and useless company! Company is a big word to name them so Id go for a tent located middle of nowhere. Spoke with a woman called Sandra from Fraud team which I wanted to find out about the payment it did not go through and after taking me through security questions she went on a robot mode and keep saying we will send a letter, I asked why she said it’s explained in the letter. I said when I will receive it. She goes its in the letter, I said what is in the letter she replied all is in the letter Absolutely ridiculous, I do not recommend this unprofessional, unreliable new day, Marbles credit card at all.
