Ordered a very expensive front door during the summer of 2023. When it eventually arrived, the wrong locking system was fitted, the glazed unit had fingermarks inside the sealed unit, marks were left on the door that looked like scratches in the wood effect, a length of internal trim was left without stelmax filling, and the fitter was cocky and disrespectful when concerns were raised. It has taken regular chasing after promised calls were not received and we are still without a new glazed unit approaching February 2024. I believe I have been more than patient and tolerant in delaying this review, which I now firmly believe is well deserved. We are sick of chasing this and not receiving the promised phone calls!
