I ordered the pink rose bouquet for a family friend who just had a baby girl. What was delivered was a sad joke. Instead of fresh pink roses with gerber daises, as per the image, they got an arrangement of 90% chrysanthemums in various shades, and the pitiful few roses looked like they were a week old. Fully opened, brown and wilted petals. I am beyond disgusted that this was what I paid $100 for. When I reached out to customer service, hoping to just have a better arrangement sent, they said in their opinion the arrangement was fine and they weren’t going to stand behind their products. Buyer beware.
