This is either a SCAM or THE WORSE SERVICE EVER (wish I had read some of the reviews here before I ordered!) plus their website modifies all reviews to 5* even when they're bad so they get a great score - only when you read what people write you realize there is no 5* My story is very similar to the other ones here - cleary this is their way of making a lot of $$$ by scamming people Agreed on same day delivery and paid for it. They emailed to confirm the same. Oder lost for 4 days and 3 Customer service people can't agree if it was delivered, when it was delivered.... No way to contact by phone and lies after lies (all on email so I shall for sure use them) as to where the order "is". Useless and refusing an apology and the refund as they sent a super grainy picture of what they claim to be the recipient's building... uh.. really?
