I ordered a very expensive flower box to be delivered to my mom for her 70th birthday. The flowers were left on her doorstep during a rain storm. No one rang the bell, and no one bothered to call her cell phone for personal delivery. The beautiful hat box was soaked and destroyed and the flowers crushed. She is incapacitated, but decided to file a complaint two days later, to no avail. She then told me what had happened and I filed another complaint. I was told that complaints will only be honored within 24 hours of delivery and that there is nothing they can do for me. Paying nearly $120 for a special gift has turned into a nightmare and I find this business practice to be absolutely outrageous. I would never ever ever order from this company again and I certainly don’t recommend that you do. What a horrible customer service experience and rip off!
