Shipping is outrageously expensive and they did not send what I requested. The excuse was that 'substitutions are necessary'. I gave them a week before the requested delivery, plenty of time to email me to let me know they couldn't fulfill my request. I ordered a very particular muffin. Some chocolate chip muffins were sent in place of the original request- could have been purchased in a grocery store. Unreliable and expensive. I feel completely cheated.
