Excellent customer experience. We spoke to David on Tuesday and he was extremely patient when explaining everything we needed to know about the Bison Electric Outboard Motor. Even though we had to bother him two more times, he still took time to answer our queries. He also assured us that it was safe to order with Fishing Mad, as we have become sceptical after a bad online experience. Today, only two days later, the Motor was delivered from UK to our door in Ireland. Absolutely happy and can really recommend this company. And now I am going to try the Bison :)
