customer service is terrible, trying to communicate in pidgeon english is very trying, my emails were often ignored.
company used hermes parcels for deliveries, who left the parcel outside the front door!
they forgot to include 1 item in the parcel, refused to resend it!
i had to get paypal to intervene.
6 weeks later nord kit stopped working, returned kit for promised refund, all my emails now ignored! i have been ripped off, now left with no vape kit, no refund, & no postage refund!
