The ref name on bank statement they used was 'CLEVAME'. Ten days later, they made 20 consecutive withdrawals of £10 in one day with the same 'CLEVAME' ref. Apparently, after I checked my daughter's learner's dashboard online, they charged her for each time she dips in and out (as she studies at her own pace, after all this is what an online course is for) of the module and put on the Invoice 5 credits. Nowhere is thar mentioned in their terms and conditions. They did not call me back after I called and am trying to sort it out with the bank currently. Also, my daughter asked to reset her password only once and they kept changing it for her twice more.
