Next Step Beauty is a total SCAM. It is run by one person out of a trading estate in Norwich. They supposedly offer classroom courses across the country. You are lured into signing up for the courses in the city of your choice. In fact they don't offer any classroom based courses at all, but use a legal loophole to lure you in. If you are unaware, they will say to you by clicking on the online course material, you have entered into a contract, which effectively cancels your claim to any refund. However, do NOT be afraid to challenge this guy, and your consumer rights are fully protected. If you have already been lured into this trap, do NOT hesitate to contact Trading Standards or Citizen Advice Bureau. They will guide you on how to take the Next Step Beauty to court. I am shocked that they are still in business as they have been doing this for many years. But I understand they are on the relevant authorities' radar.
