I don’t even want to give this this company a star at all.
Next step beauty cancelled my booking twice and I requested for them to give me my money back and this was in November till today I have not received it.
I call them almost every day to request for my money back and is excuse after excuse.
They tell me to email their refunds team who apparently only work Tuesday - Thursday, I have sent more than 10 email and my bank details but I have not received anything from them.
This company’s customer service is disgusting and appalling 🙄
They are unreliable
