Since lockdown I have been desperate to do some Next shopping in Parc Tawe Swansea.
The staff, even though exceptionally busy always have time to spend with you and check stock levels.
Diane went out of her way to check the stockroom for an item that wasn’t on the sales floor rails and to my delight she found what I was looking for.
The same applies to the staff in the Home furnishings department staff were all very courteous & had a very professional manner.
