My friend recently bought two Harlow dining chairs from Next. We visited the Fort Kinnaird branch in Edinburgh and found the staff very pleasant and helpful (young man in home department phoned other branch to find out if they had the Harlow on display- unfortunately did not get his name). The Edinburgh Straiton branch were also very helpful particularly Sarah who was very pleasant and ordered the chairs which were delivered in a couple of days - remarkable service. The delivery service was also first class (extremely reasonable charge). The chairs look terrific, good quality and great value for money. I would like to think that these comments will find their way to the store managers in question and also to the staff who deserve to be recognised. Many Thanks - a very happy customer.
