Visited Next Store in Victoria Retail Park Grimsby on Sunday 17/3/24. This was to collect some on line orders as well as buy some items from the men's department. I am a wheelchair user and find this store very accessible. The staff are always welcoming and supportive. On this occasion I greeted on arrival and helped by Nina.
