I liked so many of their clothes that I was spoilt for choice - which is very unusual for me ! The shop assistant at the till was very friendly and helpful and looked up a faux mohair cardigan I'd seen online and showed me where it was in the store as I hadn't been to this particular Next before. She also showed me where the changing room was and after I'd tried on the cardigan in 2 colours (different from the one I'd liked online) she offered to order it for me or to come back the following week as they'd be getting some more in.
