Bought a neclace personalised through next .The company they used refused to refund me due to the jewellery being tarnished.They are sending it back to me after proffesionally pollished but my daughter isnt happy with it.Next kindly as a gesture reduced the price of neclace but am stuck with it now as next say they could not sell it on as it is personalised with my daughters name on.so not honouring my dissatifaction after i have spent a lot of money on my account with this company and pay off my account on time.not pleased!
