Exceeded my expectations I am a returning Next Day Deal customer having bought a full frame DSLR and wide angle lens before. This time I wanted a mirrorless camera kit (camera body, lens and lens adaptor). Unfortunately this was out of stock so I used the live chat on their website to ask about availability. I received a very quick response saying the camera would be in stock by the end of that week but they did not have an ETA for the kit. After about a week I decided to pay the extra and buy the items separately. The items arrived in less than a week and on the same day I received message from Next Day Deal to say the kit was coming back in to stock. I responded to say thanks but I had already bought the items separately from their website. The following day I received a message to say Next Day Deal had refunded the difference between the items and the kit price (£130). As I had not requested this refund - it was my decision not to wait - I think this is amazing. The camera lens and adaptor arrived well packed and in original boxes. Everything in excellent condition and works perfectly. Very happy. To summarise: - Communication Excellent Delivery Quick Condition of items Excellent Price Excellent Refund Unexpected. Would I recommend Next Day Deal? Yes, and I already have!
