The tyre was delivered within 18hrs of placing my order - as their name suggests the 'Next Day'. Unfortunately, due to incorrect packaging details, the tyre was the wrong size. After using the on-line Returns system, I received an email to say they were very sorry for the mistake, the correct tyre is being sent out with a pre-paid envelope to return the wrong tyre - just pop it into a post office. Although it was disappointing to receive the wrong tyre, the way in which Next Day tyres reacted and resolved the issue so swiftly can not be faulted. Excellent efficient service. Have used them in the past and will be using them again. I always recommend Next Day tyres to other MTB bikers as the first place to go to for tyres.
