I am very impressed with the goods and service I received from this tyre retailer!! Over many years, I have purchased cycling goods from more or less every UK based online retailer there is, including some 'very well known retailers' in the cycling industry, only to have experianced either poor quality goods not as described, poor communication, or poor/slow service. Such retailers tend to leave you feeling bitter and mistrustful of online retailers generally, who are only after securing your cash sale. BUT NOT THIS RETAILER... THEY SEEM TO BE EXCELLENT AND FIRST RATE! The information they give on their website is genuinely ACCURATE and very useful. Delivery REALLY WAS 'next day'!! The items I ordered were EXACTLY the variation which I asked for (a common mistake among other retailers!) and top quality. I think their prices are reasonably competetive too. I am quite a fussy and critical purchaser and don't mind admitting it - yet this retailer scores a whole 9/10 from me (and that's from someone who beleive nothing in life deserves a full 10)! From now on, I will always buy my tyres from here with full confidence. K.G.
