Superb customer service. The royal mail ruined the experience though due to their inflexible delivery regime. I paid for next day delivery and the parcel arrived just before I got home so it spent the weekend in the sorting office. That's why they are going out of business! Rant over, nextday tyres are excellent. I will buy again.
