I opened an account with Nextlove to try it out. I initially opted for a single month membership and soon realized that it was a waste of money, so I cancelled my membership. Due to missing the 48-hour window before the end of the single month duration, I had to pay for an additional month (my fault). I recently logged into my account and was shocked that I am still being billed. I wanted to try to cancel my membership again following the cancellation procedure, to find the the option to delete my account doesn't exist. There is no option to access my card details either to at least delete my payment option. In my opinion, many if the profile's are fake and it's borderline illegal by focusing on taking money out of your pocket and restricting the option to cancel your payment.
