NFU one star too many they do not pay without a hell of a lot of quibbling, unlike the advertisement. NFU has been slow in responding requiring you to be proactive and not offering to pay out as insured value on my Jaguar, I've spent thousands in maintenance they want receipts for everything. The courtesy car was a joke I have not been provided anything, they insult me with a Fiat 500 I refused a insult car and still no settlement. The engineer does not call you back when asked to and the engineer said I have to know show impossible to find equivalent cars with her conditions applied unreasonabley as none fit her criteria it's a very unreasonable request. I have started a formal complaint and will forward this to the Financial Ombudsman
