The star rating above is for the person who we dealt with at the Tenterden office, she was very helpful, but unfortunately she was unable to help us renew our car insurance with NFU because it was very expensive and even when it was reduced by them it was still over £200 more than last year, for the same insurance, we have been good customers for a long time and still have most things insured with them, however because we had a very minor claim against us(there was nothing wrong with our car and little of nothing wrong with the other vehicle, to be honest I thought they were mean claiming) however it pushed up our new car insurance to over a £1000 and when we enquired they reduced it a bit, so we went to the AA and got it for just over £500 the very same insurance! Perhaps they do not want our custom anymore because we have claimed on our pet insurance a few times and we’re getting older. I have always said how good NFU is as it’s very personal but I will forgo that privilege if it saves me that sort of money.
