Selecting the appropriate strengthening exercises for my injured shoulder gave me hope again. I could not use my dominant arm and hand appropriately when it is stretched. But I’m slowly beginning to notice a difference. Minor daily activities which we take for granted used to be a great challenge for me. For example taking a cup or plate from the cupboard or pouring boiled water from the kettle to make myself a cup of tea was very challenging or impossible. I kept dropping items and sometimes breaking them. So I used my left arm mostly as the right arm had no strength. After commencing the new set of exercises I can manage to pick up a mug or side plate from the cupboard with my right hand without dropping it. I’m not yet able to do everything I need to do, but I have great hope of retrieving full activity of my right arm. The exercises are really helpful. Thanks you so much Abby 💪🏼
