I’ve ordered this particular badge in the past and loved the quality. This time it allowed me to enter the person’s name and their DAR chapter as done previously. When my new order arrived - only the name was printed as the badge was 1/2 the size of what I ordered previously. They gave no indication that the size had changed(they still asked for the same questions!)The quality was still nice, but they lacked informing me that the product was different.
