6 STARS out of 5: This company -- and I mean all the people that work there -- and it is individual people (not really an abstract company) that make it so AMAZING -- because the customer support they deliver is UNMATCHED in an overwhelmingly digital world. Their team is hands-on, personable, proactive, responsive and just "real" people. You can call & still talk to a REAL person / NOT an automated chat-bot / NOT someone that doesn't care about what they do. And if they miss you — they will get back to you! Do not go to any other online company -- there is nowhere else you want to order name tags from; I promise... b/c I researched this and got not-so-hot results & service from other vendors. NiceBadge worked with me to get our brand colors accurate, mailed several samples, and customized the website portal for us. No other vendors could even get the heavier thickness I wanted for our name badges. They have quality products. It must be something about where they're located too — the midwest (just plain nice). The name fits!
