I don't like the spreadsheet upload process of the order. I made the same file mistake in 2022 that I made again in 2024, only in 2022 it was caught, someone asked if that's what I meant to do, and then worked with me to do it properly. This time I was sent a boxful of blank badges, which I had paid expedited shipping for and paid for in advance, and had to reorder them at cost and expedited shipping again in order to have them for the event. My mistake in uploading the file incorrectly. But how many companies order blank name tags? It might have been good to check on my end to see if that's what was intended. I ended up paying over $500 for a set of 20 blank badges and a set of badges with names. What an awful waste of money. I will be searching for a different alternative for next time I need to order badges, even if I need to pay setup costs.
