Great first time experience even though I had never heard of the company!
I found a coat in House of Fraser in store, but after a quick google I discovered Nicholls were selling it for a lower price online. My overall experience has been really positive, my coat arrived on time, and I was notified with delivery updates. The item was wrapped well too.
I would happily order from the website again, really recommend.
